Thursday SPOCO
The first Thursday SPOCO is nearly here, it's on the 23rd May. As yet there is only 2 marshalls signed up, we, need another 5.
Without the marshalls the event will be cancelled so come on get your name down now, please don't wait till the last minute.
Thanks Billy G

How do we sign up this year, is there a Google doc again or do we email thursdaytt@cliftoncc.org?
I'll marshal the first Sutton event anyway.

There is an on-line sign-up sheet for marshalling, as there was last year. Unless I'm being blind, the link for it isn't visible. For future reference, where can we find the link?
Cheers!

Well done to everyone for riding last night in what were tough conditions, especially to the people who were pinning a number on their back for the first time! Talking of pinning numbers, I've got a couple of requests from a timekeeper's perspective:
1) Place your number correctly. Numbers should go on the very bottom of your jersey, i.e. the bottom of your number should be pinned to the bottom hem. If you've got a skinsuit, you can pin the number even lower! See below for what your number should look like. The more vertical your number is, the more easily we can see who you are.
2) Shout out your number when you cross the finishing line. It can get hard to look for your number (which may be scrunched up), look at the stopwatch, note your time and write it down before the next rider comes along, so anything you can do to help us will make sure that both you and the next rider get the correct times recorded.
Thanks all!

Ive still got my number, forgot to hand it in last night. anyone know the best place for me to drop it off? Ive brought it into work with me just in case.
I forgot to shout my number out last night, so hope they got my time down. I reckon it was 40 seconds quicker than last year, so great improvement, very pleased.
