SOLD - Indoor Rowing Machine (air resistance)

I'm selling my indoor rowing machine. V-fit model equivalent to the Tornado model currently sold by Argos. Mine is an older model (cost £200 about 4 years ago). Very sturdy with 6 functions on the computer (speed, stroke rate, distance, number of strokes, distance, calories - I think that's it!), I'm over 15 stone and it has served me very well. Fairly quiet in operation, about the same as the equivalent cycling turbo trainer. I use it for a warm up before a turbo session or a run but it gives a very good workput by itself although I rarely use it now. It doesn't take up much space and folds quickly in half for storage. £50 and I can deliver locally in York.
