Training Ride - Sat 17th August

Sorry I've left this so late - been deciding whether to race up at Dishforth vs. the training ride.

Is anyone going to be out? How about the Malton route?

Hope the race went well Simon, and thanks for the reply Broomwagon!

Just Damian and myself in the square this morning for a ride over to Malton. We had a tailwind on the way there, knocking out the miles to Malton with a 21.5mph average. Inevitably, this meant a headwind on the way back giving an average of 19mph for the return leg. A hard ride for me but enjoyed it

Ready for a nap now!

Hi Andy

Glad you thought it was hard, I rode from Wiggington at 10 mph and I'd only done 45 miles. Thanks for easing off a few times on the lumpy bits, get racing
