Training ride, Saturday 4th

I'll be putting my feet up on Saturday in preparation for 105km at Harworth in the company of riders quicker than myself, and I think a fair few of the race regulars are due over at Beckwithshaw at the same time. Someone fancy putting their hand up to choose a route and make sure everyone knows where they're going? Plus cope with the cheering crowds wearing Sun giveaway ginger sideburns and clamouring for autographs from the nation's favourite sportspeople??
