Does anyone have a GPS track for the Scotton 100?

A place to talk about anything! Want to find someone to ride with? Get help on mending things? Organise lifts?

What I said in the title! Does anybody have a .gpx/.tcx/whatever track that I could use? If you do and you're feeling kind, please send me a copy.

Cheers
Greg

On page 14 of the general discussion forum there is a link to the route that Dave C put on when someone else asked.

Dave C's 2010 route is actually slightly incorrect - as I recall everyone who followed it went the wrong way on the stretch upto the A61 before Ripley. Just carry on down Nidd Rd - don't take the first right! Plus I believe the route has changed slightly as Dave I'ansons route sheet advises - after Topcliffe (the Crakehill stretch) now goes through Fawdington.
As Dave I suggests it is well worth investing in an OS map (99), I'd also suggest a bottle of wine and an evening trying to commit as much of it to memory as possible as the route sheet is fairly self explanatory (although possibly a bit late for that bit now). Also a good incentive not to get dropped if you dont know the route!

Thanks Paul! I'll go through the routesheet and amend the track.

This is a new file which I am sure is correct.

Just create a tcx or gpx file in summary.
