Just to confirm to Allan, Ian and Phil as mentioned in Steph's email today I'll be the team leader for our team. Pending no issues at work I'll complete the online application.

Could my three team mates please email me their details for the application e.g DOB, address, email address and a contact phone number. If there is anything else I need that you know of please advise. Most importantly, suggestions for a team name!!
