Cycle Coaching Evening

Hi Folks
On Thursday December 15th I am holding the first SportsLab Cycle Coaching Evening in South Cave. The evening will include presentations and demonstrations that should help you become a faster cyclist.
If you are interested please take a look at the information on my website.
Places are limited and it's cheaper for those who book early (£4.50).

Unfortunately this is the one evening in december that I cant manage, which is a great shame because I need all the help I can get!
I wiil have to pick your brains after you have digested all the information Mark.
