First Aid - Rescue Emergency Care Level 2

York Mountaineering Club have 3 places left on there REC level 2 first aid course.

It's a 16 hour course over two days, 19th/20th November this year.

Cost is £75-£100 depending on how full the course is! That's a good bit cheeper than the going rate.

It's an excelent course, I did it 3 years ago and I will be on this one, it is a step up from First Aid at Work and is aimed directly at people like us who spend loads of time in the ourdoors.
