I thought I would buy a copy which was offering a DVD with bike repair tips. As I do 90% of my own bike maintenance I thought it might have some useful tips. I didn't expect it to be brilliant considering it was free but what a load of rubbish. Even though the maintenance was basic what they did do was totally unrealistic. Changing an inner tube whilst supposedly out on a ride the bike was in a bike stand and they used a trackbpump to inflate plus it wasnt wet and cold Also they fixed a broken chain again whilst out on a ride again the bike was in a stand and wasn't turned upside down on a grass verge next to a busy road At the very least they should try and replicate the conditions that people experience whilst on a ride. Everything usually is easy when in a garage . On the the plus side there were sone useful information.
