Kendal Mountain Festival/MTB weekend 18-20th Nov - LAST CALL
Hello All,
Who fancy weekend away in Lakes in November combining bit of culture (Kendal Mountain Festival) and great mountain biking?
There is Kendal Mountain Festival on 17th - 20th November which is packed full with great events including mountain biking night where some exciting new mountain biking movies will be shown. PLEASE BOOK YOUR TICKETS FOR THE FESTIVAL IN ADVANCE (I will let you know when available as the programme will be published in September). Last year tickets were £11 per night or £35 for whole weekend.
Please see the link to the website that details all events that weekend (still shows 2010) and you will be able to buy your ticket when available.

I have now booked the Lumley Fee barn for weekend Friday 18th - Sunday 20th November and it can take 20 people. If we manage to fill up the place - the cost will be £8 for two nights!!!
The idea is to have fun in Kendal on Friday and do a bit of ridding on Saturday/Sunday depending on the weather.
The barn is basic but comfortable with open fireplace (we might need that in November). Also, kitchen is pretty big and we can do all the cooking there too.
Please let me know if you are interested. I bet the places will fill up quick!
Cheers

Just spoke to Phil re tickets,he's had a scoot through the website (I haven't yet) and his very intelligent brain cells apparently struggled with it...
Finished our chat with plan to buy the adventure night ticket for the Fri Mbr stuff (@£12.50), 1xday film ticket for the Saturday (@£22)Plus £7 for the Rab party Sat night which starts @ 10pm (I will be a pumpkin!!)... Oh and ride bikes on the Sunday if it's not pee-ing down...
(There's lectures&stuff available too, all ticketed, check out the site for all info!)

Hi guys and girls,
I have just been reading Emilas email about this weekend and wonder if someone fancies sharing a car / fuel costs, I do have a Mini so space is extremely tight or if you fancy sharing your own Im cool with that. What times everyone planning on going up there on Friday, i have booked the day off work to make things more simple or is it the Judo club at 8pm?
Oh and Emila I will be doing the ride on Sunday if thats ok....
Looking forward to it, see you Friday!
