0900 in The Square.
Its about 200k and worth every one of its 3 points on the Challenge Series. Free entry, no need to enter in advance, start and finish in York. Ride together with your mates, fantastic scenary, quiet roads.
Some serious climbing to be done. My 31" bottom gear got some hammer last year!
See you Sunday.

If this is the same Robin Hoods Bay ride I went on last year then it's an awesome ride.
There is a debate going on elsewhere about Fred Whitton and Etape du Dales, but this ride is the only ride I've ever been on where I needed to order more than a toasted teacake at the cafe. As much a challenge as any sportive and free.
Unfortunately I'm working this weekend so I can't do it this year, have a great ride.

Darren, looks like it's cancelled this year but try the Dales Grimpeur Audax (long version), if you could do that on a toasted teacake......mindst you knowing you, you probably could.
Rob can you sort out, light winds, sunshine and 20 degrees C, for Sunday that would be smashing, thanks (sounds like the climbing might make my knees pop though).
