Roadie Weekend Away

A huge place has been booked for 12th - 14th August in the Howgills.

The area has lots of hills and nice quiet roads, so perfect for a roadie break. I don't think you get many trips away so take advantage of it and come enjoy a full weekend of cycling

This is a joint MTB / Roadie trip so I hope that doesn't put you off! If you all get together and book on you could easily outnumber the MTBers anyway!

We tend to do meals together, e.g. a big curry, with veggie option, cakes and other lovely homemade desserts too! There is also a BBQ at the place, or you could just go out if you don't fancy doing those things..

We have the entire bunk barn reserved, RSVP if you would like to come as we need to confirm soon. Depending on numbers it should be £35-£40 per head for the entire weekend.

What a great initiative! Would have loved to benefit from this weekend but it clashes with the Action Medical Research RIDE 100 on the 14th August. There are so few big local events like this a bunch of us signed up super early and so will miss the weekend. Have fun those that do go!
