I thought it would be good to organise another weekend away to Scotland and stay in Urr Lodge in Haugh of Urr. the hostel is owned by friends of my parents so I'm sure they will let us have it for a discount price again. The lodge is really close to trails at Dalbeattie and Mabie and only a short distance from Kirroughtree and Ae.
Due to Tom now working most weekends of the year we're a bit limited to when we can go. Was hoping either the weekend of 24th-26th Sept or 29th-31st Oct would suit people. I have noticed there is two day rides on the calendar for 24th and 25th Sept so that one may not work, however it would be the warmer weekend out of the two and possibly more likely to be dry.
Would have to be the October weekend for me; pleased to note you have picked ones Tom can do too!! I want to have another go on the trail where it had the massivo rocks with arrows pointing the best line out, and ride more of it this year!hopefully someone will know the one I mean?!
