Just been out for a brief spin to try and get some form for the trans-France trip next week and passed Shaun, Virginie, Howard D and Chris C all at varying points over a 30 minute ride around Acaster Malbis.

Anyone NOT out this evening?

I was out riding to Kirkham Abbey and back via Stamford Bridge both on and off road.

Great night for cycling.
