Typical I had enroled at a skills course at Dalby tomos and look at the weather hope its drier tomos as the centre has said the course is still on!!

Really enjoyed the skills course!! They are running a more advanced level in Aug if anyone fancies it!!

What did the beginners course cover and could i ask how much it was?

Hi it covered tight turns on hills, climbing rocky surfaces, downhills, small jumps and lots more it was £69 for 6 hours training. It is dependent on groups ability but very worthwhile!

Riding position.

Correct use of gears.

Braking (efficiently and safely)

Cornering techniques

Climbing techniques

Descending techniques

Single Track techniques

Drop offs.
