Club Trip - Easter 2011 (It's early but they're booking up!)

Am looking to book group accom in the Lakes or Wales.
Am assuming c.20 peeps, however have had a couple of suggestions on venues that will take 30. It'd be v.helpful to have an idea on numbers in case the extra bank holiday has you all jetting off for 2 weeks in lieu of a 4day trip!
To confirm, I am planning for the 'official' easter weekend of 22Apr-25Apr.
