The club warmly welcome, Geoff Cooke, former Commonwealth Games Gold medallist.
Cooke competed in the Sprint and Tandem Sprint events in Munich. Represented England at the 1974 Commonwealth Games in Christchurch, where he won the Gold medal in the tandem sprint event. Along with winning the Commonwealth Championship he is a 31 times World Masters Champion, including winning the sprint championship for seven consecutive years between 1996 and 2002, and 64 times national champion.
He held the post of British Cycling's national cycling coach for 10 years, 1979-1989.

Prawn and crayfish cocktail with baby gem leaf salad and spiced Marie Rose sauce
Ham hock and asparagus terrine with piccalilli puree, pickled baby vegetables and toasted sourdough
Roasted tomato and red onion soup
Mains
Breast of chicken wrapped in smoked pancetta with confit garlic mash, tomato and tarragon sauce
Seared fillet of salmon with crushed new potatoes and a crayfish and dill cream
Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, braised fondant potato and red wine gravy
All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables
Wild mushroom tagliatelle with toasted pine nuts and truffle
Desserts
Dark chocolate and orange tart with candied orange and a white chocolate sauce
Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce
A selection of English cheeses with celery, grapes and biscuits
