Another good turnout for last night’s TT on the V511 course with 20 riders taking part. Conditions were tough though with a strong headwind on the way out which never really gave the required assistance on the way back!

Many thanks to Will for organising. An excellent first attempt and, hopefully, not his last! Bernard and Jennie were the timekeepers with Alistair, Mark F, Peter and Mike marshalling and Dave I pushing off. Thank you all.

Next week’s event takes place on the hilly Crayke circuit where we hope to have a photographer taking pictures of riders at various points round the course.

Somewhat unusually we already have all the volunteers in place for this event which means you’ll be spared my weekly begging message to try to cajole you into helping out!
