We keep getting out of the habit of posting the Club rides..............
Sunday was the Hillclimb posted earleir.
Saturday 10am the K ride split to 2 groups out to Ripon. Bernard was joined by JohnC, Craig, Nik, PeteS, Graeme and apols if I have forgotten others from that group, whilst I rode with Kevin, Jacqui, Alison and Queen Bee (Julia).
Bernard enjoyed taking his group on his new find of the cycle path after Knaresborough to go through to Ripley and avoid that busy B road, whilst Kevin carved us the more traditional back lanes route out Markington, Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal.
Good company, quiet Lanes, autumnal trees, a nip in the air and deer in the estate at Studley Royal
Spa Gardens cafe an excellent stop; we agreed we'd give it a Clifton 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of hot soapy water in the toilets
Both groups combined for a sociable return via Boroughbridge and 74 miles for our K group.
Thanks for the company.
