Bike Ride this week

I am of horse duty this week and am planning to get out on the bike and it would be nice to meet up with some one for a ride.
I can go Tuesday 1pm to 4pm,Wednesday 9ish to 1pm,
Thursday or Friday 10 - 4pm

Helen, we've not properly met but I'm looking to be out for a couple of hours tomorrow from 1pm if you're interested.
