Rides next week

I'm off work next week, so if anyone else is free for a ride during the week, company would be good. I'm looking to do a mixture of shorter fast training rides (say 2 - 2 1/2 hours) plus some long rides with cafe stops. Maybe even a trip to Flanborough Head if the weather is good.
