Weather forecast is looking good, the sun will be out and the trails will be smooth, fast and free of gates and cows.

So, a mix of moors, an absolute brill downhill and forest with plenty of hill straight from the car park. Some grass and a ver small bit of tarmac.

Meet at the foot of the long drag up Rudland Rig (SE659927) Its on the left had corner just past (i think!) the first cattle grid on the road north of Fadmoor. Just past 'mourned' on the maps.
