A bit late for this but here goes, 8 of us out on last Sunday's Dirty Club Run, Rob,Steen,Dave I,George,Johnny,Paul M,Andrew not Graham, and I, great sunny day and interesting and challenging off road sections over the Wolds round Millington and Thixendale rode on cross, mountain and road bikes with appropriate tyres for the terrain, I personally love these type of club runs as it seems a good laugh all the way round (except the road climb at Hanging Grimston) nobody laughing there.

Very enjoyable lunch stop at Millington sat outside soaking what's now left of this years summer, 70 miles for me door to door.

I did the Stockton Wheelers 50 in 1:55:14 to finally finish my BBAR. This is the third time I've gone for it and some problem has always come up with one of my rides before, so it's good to finally do it. I don't think anyone in the club's done a long distance BAR since Tim Richardson in 2012, have they? Kevin had better blow the dust off the trophy!

Anyway, that's my season over so it's time for some beer. See you at the Knavesmire evening next week
