Youth Hostel Weekend (part of the Challenge Series)

8th/9th October, weekend after the Hill Climb.
Looking at back to back 100 mile days across some rugged terrain. The hostels are booking up fast, so I need to know numbers. I'd like to book by next weekend.... The exact destination depends on numbers and where I can get us in, but currently both Alston and Ingleton have some space and would give us some great riding...
The general itinery is for an earlyish start on Saturday (maybe 8am). A Sunday clubrun paced ride, cafe fuelled, to get us to our destination shortly after 5. Hostel meal followed by an inspection of the local brews. Hostel breakfast leading to a 9am depart for the ride back. Back in York at 5pm or so.
I've already ordered some decent weather and we should get some mellow early autumn colours.
Let me know this week (post here or PM me) and I'll get a booking in....
There are few finer feelings than heading out of York with a saddlebag for a worry-free weekend of freedom.
