Cheers Tim, that's been like for some time. At least since Feb/March time when I was last up there anyway.

I have an e mail trail of correspondence with North Yorkshire county council highways department. they assure me they are aware of it and have the matter in hand. however, I have no confidence that they have. If anyone does have a problem with it then I have a paper trail of supporting evidence. They knew about it and did 'Jack' about it.

Buckled my rear wheel going over it. Trued the wheel afterwards but it's definitely a hazard.
Keep pedalling!
