Looks like we have a warming trend into the weekend (perhaps 20C), but those pesky N winds continue, albeit slightly abated.
IIRC, most of the regulars have not visited the new (moved) cafe at Castleton, so I thought this would be a good opportunity to get a few hills in and ride the tailwind home.
Taking Blakey Ridge up to Castleton, we can return as planned via Fryupdale or retrace our steps and take the shortcut to Rosedale. I've also penciled-in the Chimney Bank (tailwind assisted, no less), but we have another exit option if the group is not up to it.
