After three glorious days of Spring, unfortunately, the forecast calls for a cooling trend this weekend. Saturday should be +9C with a 20Kph N wind and 40% chance of getting wet.

We haven't been West for a while, so I figured it would be a nice change and include a few hills for the FW crew. For those wanting MORE hills, I'll include a shameless plug for Steen's Illegitimate Banks ride starting from the square at 9am on Sunday.

154Km / ~95 miles square to square, and a few lumps along the way. Lunch at the Cavendish Pavillion in Bolton Abbey.

Have done similar rides before, the bit after Bolton abbey is lumpy and typical dales terrain

Just a pointer though I've never been to cavendish pavilion cafe but suspect it could be busy, there is an alternative, the abbey tearoom, just of the main road just in case
