In the absence of a rush of volunteers Martin Willan & I will 'organise' the event and we will also take part, taking our places further down the field to ensure all admin is seen to. We will then gather everything up at the end. Looks like we have sufficient marshalls to assist Greg with time keeping, pushing off duties so we are good to go.

Although the rider briefing will include 'beware of loose chippings on recent surface dressing', please, having read this note, heed the advice. This is a club event not the worlds.

The weather forecast is excellent with little if any wind so lets have plenty of competitors and a safe enjoyable event.

Finally my thanks, (echoed by everyone I am sure), to Martin who has already organised an event and volunteering for this one too.

Great news, on all counts.

I was going to ask if it is possible to organise and take part... I think we are sorted for this year now but good to know for next year!

If you need any help before or after let me know, happy to have a whizz round in the car to collect stuff / put stuff out etc,

Chippings: I went down Terrington yesterday evening and it's perfectly safe to ride but you probably want either sunglasses or a visor in case any of them get thrown up.
