Training Ride - Saturday 7 March

Not everyone's cup of tea but, as mentioned earlier in the week, we will do some laps of Bishopwood circuit. Aim is to adopt pacelines(s) and to move ....well... as fast as possible for 6 laps. If we meet at Square at 9.00 and ride out steady to Bishopwood. For those who like it "traditional" I wouldn't have planned doing this sort of thing for more than 2-3 weeks...it's just about getting people used to riding quickly in group to mimic what you would get in 3rd/4th cat races

Yeah I'm out Sunday this week but should see you week after. Will probably meet you there though after a longer ride out.
