New 'Training' forum

There's a new 'Training' section on the discussion board now. As well as being a place for us to discuss training amongst ourselves, John Gray from York St. John's Sport Science department will be answering questions there.
It's club members only, but just post here if you are a member and I haven't given you access. I've added those people whose user name I recognised, but that's not everyone!

(bump) Just a reminder that there's stuff going on over in the training forum. Post here is you don't have access and are a club member.
Please don't be afraid to ask what you might think are 'obvious' or 'stupid' questions - they won't be, and other people probably won't know either!

I tried and couldn't log in ... and I can do a good line in "obvious" or "stupid" questions
