For those that don’t know I was knocked off my bike again last week, just over 2 years since the last time. It was at the new roundabout on the A19 near Osgodby, I was on the roundabout proceeding south and a young lad didn’t look, or stop and ran into the side of me at what I was later told was about 25-30mph, sending me up into the air and down the road. Some Morphine and a trip to hospital later I was lucky to get away with mainly some soft tissue damage, although there may be some nerve damage as my right leg is rather numb (back to the docs with that one).

The bike is a bit of a mess and is in at York Cycleworks being assessed!

Getting a bit fed up of falling off / getting knocked off to be honest.

Gutted as I am going to be missing some racing I suspect….

Very sorry to hear that Rich. Sounds like you were 'lucky' from the size of the impact. Hope you are back soon ripping our legs off on a Saturday morning.
