I'll not be out - family stuff to do. It's probably as well, it's a great ride up there but I'm a bit too steady on the climbs to do it on club run, I hope to be out next week though.

Well now my legs have recovered and I have regained body mass since doing the LEL last year, I will hopefully be able to join you again this Sunday!
