AGM Thursday 23rd Jan, The Bike Shed, Micklegate 19:45

This year's AGM will be held in the meeting room in The Bike Shed at the gate end of Micklegate.
The AGM is open to all members and we'd urge all to attend as it's your chance to get involved in how the Club is run, it's future direction and volunteer for, and elect, the Committee for the coming year.
In addition to the usual items 2 additional AOB items are already on the list;
1. Update on 2013 Awards event and discussion around format for future events.
2. Communication channels for members - Forum, Social Media, emails, updates etc. we are constantly reviewing how best to communicate within the Club and every year there are further developments. This year we've had some issues and an update to the Discussion board but there are constant questions as to why we don't use Social Media more. We thought we'd open the topic up for formal discussion at the AGM.
