New Year Revolutions

Post by Rob »

If your NY Resolution is "to get out on the Sunday Clubrun regularly" then we hope to help you get started over the next few weeks. We plan to keep things simple, steady and efficient for the next couple of months. Bring LEDs, but we should be back mid afternoons. 70-80 miles or so, quick cafe stop half way round, nice steady, constant effort on the pedals.

Am not out this Sunday, but will be after that.

See you out there.

So in Rob's absence is anyone out on Sunday for a steady not particularly hilly ride. I must be getting really fat these days as even the missis is saying I need to ride my bike more. That's never happened before.

I should be out Broomy. Was thinking of Thornton Le Dale so not too hillly and should be back early afternoon. Should get a work out in the wind though!

Paul, I'll need to be back early. I'm going to head out early into the Wolds for a three to four hour non-stop ride instead. Hope to be out for a few Sundays during January though.
