A coach led day for female road cyclists at York Sport Village Cycle Circuit.
Open to female Junior and adults riders.
British Cycling Level 3 Road and Time Trial Coaches
Mark Grange and Ed Beechinor-Collins
This will be a two hour coach led session on the race circuit where we will be looking at techniques and tactics around group riding. This will be structured with both individual coaching and team techniques. We will finish the day with some scenario based coaching.
Riders will receive both coach feedback and video debriefs.
