Back to some regular Sunday rides for me now after some erratic attendance recently (even I have to acknowledge that there are some good things in life that don't involve 2 wheels...)
How about a carefully crafted route around the Rievaulx area with a café in Helmsley? Some hills, just under 80 miles, no body-bags needed.
