London to Paris bike ride

Myself and 37 work colleagues completed a 280 mile cycle ride from London to Paris over the last 3 days. Great company, beautiful weather, stunning scenery and friendliness from other road users. Big thank you to Kevin and the Saturday "K" riders for getting me fit enough to complete it.
