Another "Great" bites the dust

I think maybe we just accept most of the riders rode using some sort of drugs and move on. Most of us thought it anyway, but didn't want to accept it. And whilst it is no defence, the list of athletes on the doctors register was around 100 cyclist and 200 other athletes from different sports, who we have heard nothing about.

Most of the cyclist have either been suspended for 2 years or have retired. Why once they have retired and the UCI have accepted practically everyone was on drugs (they have stated they will not present Armstrong's 7 jerseys to anyone else) are we still bothered with this story.

From now on, the only time doping should be talked about is when one of todays riders is caught and if found guilty should be banned for at least 4 years.
