Sunday Club Ride- 23rd Sept. *Arthur Metcalfe Cancelled.*

Sunday's Arthur Metcalfe Memorial Ride has unfortunately been cancelled. The email below has the details.
Would there be sufficient interest in creating a "Clifton equivalent" to this ride sometime? As we did with a "Clifton's Ryedale Rumble" following that event's cancellation.
Otherwise, there is Gerry's Autumn Audax remaining (7th Oct), for those of us chasing end-of-season Challenge series points or simply want an event to ride.

Dear cyclists,
Unfortunately we have to advise, at this very late stage, that we have had to cancel the event due to shortage of time to fulfil the Health & Safety requirements of North Yorkshire Police and Highways.
If you know of anyone who might be registering on the day, could you please let them know that the event has been cancelled.
Could you please let me know whether you want your cheque to be safely shredded by me, OR whether we may pass your cheque on to Macmillan Cancer Support.
With your recent support we have almost reached the £20,000 donation to Macmillan since 2005 and we hope that we can still reach the target !
