Triathlon taster session on 2nd June, Allerthorpe Lkld Park

This is a second invitation to members from Nicky, who is a coaching co-ordinator at York Triathlon Club.

Nicky's arranged another taster session, this time taking place on 2nd June and would like to invite club members to come along if they are interested in finding out about/ having a go at triathlon.

Session is taking place to tag onto the end of the open water swim session in the lake at Allerthorpe Lakeland Park, near Pocklington.

Format of session:
- Swim session is 9-10am;
- Then people get changed out of wet gear;
- Head off for a cycle ride around the route of the Allerthorpe strint triathlon - as a group ride, not timed;
- Run around the lake for an off road run;
- Cake stop at the cafe there afterwards too!
