Has anybody got a garmin or other type of file for the Runswick Bay route?

This is the route we did in 2010 if its any use Allan. Rob will probably tweak it though for this year if thats what your wanting it for

Thanks Jon, wanted a rough idea of route and mileage.
Let's hope that the weather is ok on the day.....
