No, not John O'Groats - Land's End. That would be a bit impressive.

I'm talking about Jorvik - Otley - Gargrave - Leyburn - Easingwold - Eboracum: a mere 206km. Tomorrow's forecast looks as good as we're going to get, so I'm taking myself off for a long ride. Does anybody want to join in? If so, I'll be in Parliament St at 9am. Call me on 07799 023760.

Well, my JOGLE is well and truly jiggled. Most people do JOGLE the easier way - LEJOG - because it follows the prevailing winds. Gethin Butler holds the record for that at 44 hours. I've just done it the even easier way and got round in a bit over 9; Gethin eat your heart out

Here's a question: Park Rash was pretty snowy so at one point I rode into a snow drift and toppled over. Do I still count as having done the climb in one go?
