In ctt handbook under competitors machine it mentions "tuck position" is banned.
What is the tuck position?

Also no mention of wheels having to be same size.
I assume I am able to ride with 650c on front and 700c on back.
I know UCI regulations don't allow this.
If anybody can cofirm it is allowed in time trials over here it would be much appreciated.

I think they're talking about Graham Obree's position here. Can anyone else confirm that?
