Hi folks

I finally got out today for a nice easy going 10.5 miler through and around York.
Not a bad route, mainly hardcore roads and cycle paths, but then hit the river from Bishopthorpe and found lots of mud.

Really enjoyed it and it'll keep me happy until i get out again.

Anyone got any other routes around York?

If you want an easy ride out nice a flat (as we only find in this area) plus avoiding a muddy bum, head down the old York to Selby railway like, you can pick it up at the A64 end of the race course and pedal all the way to Selby, have a cup o tea and head back...
