2nd Claim Membership

Hi,
I'd like to join Clifton 2nd claim. Mostly in an effort to take more of a part in York cycling, its not been possible with me working away for the last 4 1/2 years.
Finally, I'm back in York all the time.
If anyone can direct me to the info for 2012 id appreciate it.
