Hey, i was thinking about going out with the intermediates this saturday, although im working on saturday at 5.30... Its probably hard to tell but will it be cutting it close to go out with them or will i easuly be back in time?

You should be fine. The int ride is normally back by 3.30 at the latest. Failing that you can always do the K ride which should be back around the same time...
