Without referencing specific threads it occurs to me that announcing being away for specific days/events/holidays on here might serve to give notice to burglars on what is a public forum.

York isn't a huge place and so the individual's address may be known though other contacts - non Clifton CC activities, businesses, shops etc

Not the first time cautions have been posted but just a thought...
