Wednesday Evening Ride 18th May

Post by catlike »

Hi All,

This weeks evening ride will be a urban ride in and around York! Mostly bridleways and quiet lanes, with some testing bits for those want it :-). Ride will be approx 2.5 hours.

Meet at 18-30 outside the Art Gallery.

We are splitting the ride into two groups. One fast, the other a little more leisurely. Small lights might be an idea just in case!

Hope to see you all there :-)

Top ride last night. Thanks to Lisa and Ian for being routemeisters.

I never knew there were so many good tracks within striking distance of the City Centre. As Simon said, we'll have to make it a more regular thing as it's nice to avoid the use of cars.

Did anyone clock our mileage last night? I seemed like we went a fair distance.

I had a great time last night, thanks Ian and Lisa. Going to try a remember where we went now! Wish I had my Garmin to record the route, I'm also interested in how far we did.
