Firstly are we getting fish and chips for our lunch?

I am planning on joining the intermediates at Howsham tomorrow if that is OK with you all. 94 miles at the pace of last week might be a bit much! If anyone else I know wants to drive out to mine and join from there, then feel free!

Well this is going to sound like a bit of a whinge but was planning on coming but the prospect of a 130 mile round trip if I ride to and from home put me off I'm afraid especially if who I think will turn up turns up. I'm used to doing in excess of a tonne on a Saturday but not at race pace. I just don't fancy riding most of the route on my own whilst the rest wait to regroup. Hope you all have a good ride.
