Sunday's Audax

Post by Broom Wagon »

Come on Clifton, have we got any takers for Sunday's Audax? An easy point towards the Challenge series.

In the absence of our natural leaders, I'll lead a brisk(ish) ride. I've done this ride a few times, so I shouldn't get lost too often.

Meet at the square and leave at 9.30 prompt for the sign in.

Maybe. I'll be out riding all Saturday so I'll see what I feel like on Sunday, and how well I can ignore the chores that need to be done! If so, see you there.

I'm also doing the Audax, a briskish ride sounds spot on. See you at the start.

I'm also riding on Sunday and will be at the square for about 9 o'clock to ride out to Wiggington at a much steadier pace. I'm not making the mistake of riding with the 'training crowd' . Anyone wanting to join me his most welcome :) .

"Can't start a fire without a spark" (since we're being lyrically lyrical Darren) and there's no vestige of flame yet in my my spindly limbs - so for the first time in several years Sunday's Audax is a non starter for me. Enjoy yourselves.
